A SEASON OF CHANGE

Darren Krauter and Brett Cleveland Announce Departure from Crossfire Quartet After 12 Years

After twelve meaningful years of ministry, Darren and Brett have announced that they will be stepping away from Crossfire Quartet, marking the close of a deeply impactful chapter in their lives and calling.

For over a decade, Michael , Darren and Brett , Ron , David and Ryan have traveled, sung, and shared the message of hope and faith together through Southern Gospel music with Crossfire Quartet. What began as an opportunity to sing quickly grew into a ministry that touched countless lives through churches, concerts, and personal connections along the way.

Looking back over these twelve years, we can truly say God has been faithful every step of the journey. Krauter shared. “From the miles on the road to the moments standing on stage, to the conversations after services where someone shared how a song encouraged them—those are the memories that will stay with us forever.”

Crossfire Quartet will continue their ministry moving forward. Pray for Michael and Ryan as formulate the future line up and God's direction.

A Message from Crossfire Quartet

This past year has been a challenging one for Crossfire Quartet. As many of you know, we strive to share our music and ministry wherever the Lord opens the door. However, 2025 has brought several unexpected financial burdens that have made this more difficult. Between major bus repairs, the need to replace our generator, and investing in a new project, that will allow us to continue serving churches, events, and communities, our expenses have risen far beyond what we anticipated. These costs have placed real strain on our ability to travel and operate effectively.

We know so many of you already support us with your prayers, encouragement, and attendance—and we are deeply grateful. If you feel led to help us offset these unexpected financial challenges, we would be honored and thankful for your support.
